Our People
David C. Flosi has been practicing law since 2003 after graduating with honors from the John Marshall Law School, where he was a Staff Editor for the Journal of Computer and Information Law. He has successfully taken over a dozen jury and non-jury trials to verdict, with impressive results. He has also taken hundreds of cases to arbitration and mediation on behalf of a wide variety of clients. He concentrates his practice on cases involving transportation, premises, and construction liability. He further concentrates on tort litigation involving alleged criminal assaults. In 2010, Mr. Flosi was named an Illinois Rising Star by the Super Lawyers publication.
